Bob Lanser, LCSW, is currently the Manager in charge of the Maui Crisis Services array of services (as procured by AMHD) and a Hawaii licensed clinical social worker supervising Crisis, outreach, case management, and clinical services to the RC-targeted population since 2006. Mr. Lanser has overseen the development and deployment of complex mental health services for vulnerable, disenfranchised, unhoused, and severely mentally ill residents (many of whom also have co-occurring disorders) in our complex 3-island County since 2006, including Crisis Mobile Outreach (for both youth and for adults), the Licensed Crisis Residence Service, Crisis Support Services, and Case Management. He has also provided and coordinated services with legally encumbered clients in the Public Safety and Courts systems.  He also co-manages Maui Counseling Group, which provides Quest and other insurance-based mental health services to 1,000 Maui clients per month.
