Heather Wittenberg, PsyD, a Hawaii licensed psychologist who has been FEMA-trained and practiced as a disaster response mental health professional. Dr. Wittenberg is a media communications expert and has provided over 50 public mental health presentations, including for dozens of FEMA-funded disaster response events, as well as been featured on the KITV-4 news and local radio outlets as a mental health expert. Dr. Wittenberg maintains multiple social media platforms and lectured and has written a book chapter and presented trainings on the Ethical Use of Social Media for psychologists.
